Samuel Jacob Miller, 23, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. March 3 by the California Highway Patrol on Sixth and Amanda streets, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $2,124.
