Council area should expand

What’s up with these councilman (who) keep telling people, “why don’t you run for City Council?” when in fact they live in the town limits, not the city limits, so they can’t run.

So that brings another question into play: Why not extend the boundries to the town limits for council positions?

More candidates, more choices. People who live in the Colusa town limits are impacted by decisions made by the City Council.

Which brings another question into play: Why don’t our city department heads, the city manager, etc., reside in our county, let alone the city? And don't mention you can’t discriminate, because on a job application there are requirements and qualifications.
