DUI
Gabriel Anthony Segovia, 20, of Woodland, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. Sept. 30 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Hahn Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.
FELONY
Brandon Lee Morris, 19, of Marysville, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. Sept. 30 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, east of San Jose Road, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence, causing bodily injury. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $40,000.
CHARGES DROPPED
Charges of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant, threatening to commit a crime with the intent to terrorize and false imprisonment have been dropped against Todd Henry Free, 41, of Colusa, who was arrested Sept. 17.
