Felony arrests

Juan Manuel Rangel, 28, of the 1300 block of Highway 45, Grimes, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Department at 12:35 a.m. July 25 at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
