DUI

Maria Arteaga Mejia, 27, of Chico, was arrested on Aug. 15 at 2:37 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of Salt Creek, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Richard Jesse Durham, 34, of Snohomish, Wash., was arrested on Aug. 14 at 10:05 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at the Maxwell Rest Area on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Miguel Angel Ibarra-Pina, 24, of Arbuckle, was arrested on Aug. 15 at 6:28 p.m. by Colusa County Sheriff's on Fourth and Laurel streets on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Nola Ann Martin, 51, of Roseville, was arrested on Aug. 15 at 1:57 p.m. by Colusa County Sheriff's on Maxwell-Colusa Rd. at Interstate 5 on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

FELONY

Juan Manuel Hernandez, 25, of Grimes, was arrested on Aug. 15 at 12:52 a.m. by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 900 block of Gail Avenue on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Melanie Rae Mitchell, 38, of Colusa, was arrested on Aug. 13 at 11:30 a.m. by the Colusa Inter-Agency Task Force on the 100 block of East Carson Street on suspicion of being an accessory in aiding a felon and a misdemeanor for battery on a peace officer. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jazmin Reyes Monroy, 19, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on Aug. 11 at 5:02 a.m. by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Mile 5 Road at Mile 10 Road on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, and planting or cultivating marijuana or hashish. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Cheryl Jean Bullock, 55, of Rancho Cordova, was arrested on Aug. 14 at 6:55 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Harrington Road in Arbuckle on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and receiving known stolen property. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
