Derek Paul Bourassa, 24, of Woodland, was arrested on Aug. 24 at 8:10 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, just north of the Greenbay Road overcrossing, on suspicion of being under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3060.
