DUI

Juan Ramon Nino, 30, of Sacramento, was arrested on Aug. 4 at 3:45 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at the Putnam Road undercrossing, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Rosalie Ann Alderman, 43, of Santee, was arrested on Aug. 5 at 8:33 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Husted Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Rita Lynne Taylor, 37, of Colusa, was arrested on Aug. 8 at 12:28 a.m. by Colusa police on Seventh and Clay streets on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Timothy Alan Rennick, 44, of Maxwell, was arrested on Aug. 8 at 6:50 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol at Fig Orchard II campground at Stony Gorge Reservoir on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

FELONY

Armando Garcia Aleman, 24, of Fresno, was arrested on Aug. 4 at 11:53 p.m. by the U.S. Forestry Service at the Coldcreek Drainage in Mendocino National Forest in Colusa County, on suspicion of planting or cultivating marijuana/hashish and possessing marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Nicondro Melchor-Zoto, 27, of Visalia, was arrested on Aug. 4 at 11:53 p.m. by the U.S. Forestry Service at the Coldcreek Drainage in Mendocino National Forest in Colusa County, on suspicion of planting or cultivating marijuana/hashish and possessing marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Roosevelt Poe, 21, of Richmond, was arrested on Aug. 7 at 2:50 p.m. by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 20, west of Lonestar Road, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, and three counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
