DUI

Michael Andrew Shannon, 57, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on Aug. 18 at 1:03 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, east of E St., on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

FELONY

Orlando Patino Ruiz, 19, of Williams, was arrested on Aug. 18 at 12:42 a.m. by Williams police on the 900 block of Eighth St. on suspicion of using false citizenship documents. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.
