DUI

Tim Stewart Rudd, 39, of San Jose, was arrested on Aug. 21 at 7:59 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of Hahn Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

FELONY

Michael Richard Galea, 20, of San Francisco, was arrested on Aug. 20 at 2:35 p.m. by the Colusa County Interagency Narcotics Taskforce on Louis Lane and Second Street on suspicion of manufacturing/transporting/possessing an assault weapon. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $40,000.
