DUI arrests

• Viviana Arismendez, 24, of the 600 block of North Humbodt, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:56 a.m. Nov. 11 on East Street, Maxwell. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Janice Lee Whitney-Herbst, 28, of the 200 block of South California Street, Maxwell, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:28 p.m. Nov. 10 on Highway 45. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
