Claire Borne and Joey Walker, resident of Boone, N.C., plan to Wed November 22 in St. Martinville LA. The Bride-to-be is the daughter of Keith and Renee Borne of Lafayette LA. She is a graduate of Texas A&M. She works as a High School chemistry teacher in Enoir N.C. Her fiancé is the son of Colusa residents Joe and Debbie Walker. Joey is a 2005 graduate of Colusa High School and is currently in his senior year at Appalachian State University in Boone N.C., where he is majoring in physical education.
