Club News: Canteen to hold Mom's Day event

The Senior Adult Canteen will have its Mother's Day barbecue at noon on May 11 at Will S. Green Park at Parkhill and Ninth streets. All seniors are welcome.
Hamburgers and hot dogs will be served. Those planning to attend should bring a salad or dessert. The event is free.
The Senior Adult Canteen meets the second and fourth Fridays of each month at the Methodist Social Hall. Fee for lunch is $2 for anyone who brings a side dish or dessert, and $4 for those who do not bring anything.
