Kelley Garza and Ernie Ceccon plan to wed Oct. 23.

The bride is the daughter of Junior and Cindy Garza, both of Colusa. She is a graduate of Colusa High School and received a degree in nursing from California State University, Chico. She is employed at Enloe Medical Center in Chico.

The groom is the son of Ernie and Barb Ceccon, both of Willows. He is a graduate of Willows High School and works as a wildland firefighter for the U.S. Forest Service.
