Christmas choir forming

Singers and those who play an instrument are encouraged to join the Christmas Community Choir.

Practices will begin at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 22 at the Arbuckle United Methodist Church, Ninth and Pendelton streets, Arbuckle.

Spaghetti luncheon slated

Trinity United Methodist Church in Colusa will hold its Fall Spaghetti Luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 22, Fifth and Oak streets.

Spaghetti with homemade sauce, salad bread and dessert will be available for $8 per person.

Tickets are available from church members or at will-call by leaving a message at 458-4589.

Friendship Hall will be open to dine-in, or take-out will be available by entering the alley from Sixth Street.
