Favorite part of the job: Interacting with people and watching things grow.

Tell us about a life-changing experience: Graduation from Chico State and having to be in the real world.

If you were granted one wish, what would you wish for? For people to be kinder to each other.

If you won the lottery, what would you do with your earnings? Buy a few ranches and homes around the county and the world and donate the rest of the money to charity.

What are your favorite places to go in the area? The river and the mountains.

What was your first job? Working at a feed store in my hometown.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three items would you want with you? Diet Pepsi, an Internet book reader and a Swiss Army Knife.

What's something about yourself that your friends might not know? I would like to turn my flock of Icelandic sheep into a business by selling wool, meat and milk.

Do you have any pet peeves? Very rude people

Hobbies/interests: Crafting, reading, horses, livestock, wedding planning and traveling. Also, I'm active in promoting local agriculture by my involvement in the Colusa County chapter of the California Women in Agriculture, as well as the Colusa County Young Farmers and Ranchers.

What are some of your fondest memories? Being with my friends and family and spending time outside with my animals.

What's your guilty pleasure? Swiss chocolate

What is guaranteed to make you smile? Bad jokes

What is your biggest fear? Something going horribly, terribly wrong at my wedding next June.
