DUI

Michael Andrew Nicholson, 28, of Antelope, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. Feb. 26 by the California Highway Patrol on Fifth Street at Hillgate Road, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

FELONY

Roberto Carlos Espindola, 23, of Colusa, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. Feb. 27 by Colusa police on 11th and Main streets, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Nicholas Scott Westbrook, 25, of Yuba City, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. Feb. 27 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20 at Sunrise Boulevard, Colusa, on suspicion of driving while under the influence with the likelihood of causing death or great bodily injury. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $40,000.

Juan Manuel Hernandez, 28, of Grimes, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Feb. 28 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 1300 block of Highway 45, on suspicion of rape by force or fear; force or assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, with great bodily injury likely; inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant; a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; a convicted felon in possession of ammunition; and false imprisonment. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $140,000.
