DUI

Cesar Godoy, 60, of Freedom, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. March 9 by the California Highway Patrol on Hillgate Road at Seventh Street, Arbuckle, on suspicion driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Darren Blean Smith, 21, of Colusa, was arrested at 6:59 a.m. March 10 by the California Highway Patrol on River Road, south of Gridley-Colusa Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

FELONY

Gamaliel Alcantar Bautista, 25, of Williams, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. March 9 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the levee at 10th Street, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Alejandro Trejo Canchila, 21, of Williams, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. March 9 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the levee at 10th Street, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Phillip Charles Savala, 26, of Colusa, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. March 10 by Colusa police on the 400 block of Sixth Street, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
