Police Blotter: March 16, 2013

FELONY

Meagan Ann Dillon, 26, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. March 12 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Putnam Avenue at the freeway undercrossing, Arbuckle, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a narcotic controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Trent Gordon Griffin, 25, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. March 12 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 800 block of Almond Avenue, Arbuckle, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance and possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Tina Louise Toler, 42, of Marysville, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. March 13 by Colusa County sheriff's deputiies on Reese Road, east of Highway 45, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jeanette Marie Fairless, 53, of Marysville, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. March 13 by Colusa County Sheriff's on Reese Road, east of Highway 45, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Heyacinth Batoon Bordios, 29, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. March 14 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Wildwood Road, Arbuckle, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Rafael Regaldo-Mendoza, 27, of Sacramento, was arrested at 12 a.m. March 15 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 20 at East Camp Road, Williams, on suspicion of three counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Jose Everado Regaldo-Mendoza, 21, of Sacramento, was arrested at 12 a.m. March 15 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 20 at East Camp Road, Williams, on suspicion of three counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
