Felonies

Jesus Franco Velazquez, 28, of the 100 block of Ninth Street, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 9:11 p.m. June 1 at Ninth and B streets on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Craig Arthur Granum, 44, of 800 of First Street, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 5:12 p.m. May 30 at his residence on suspicion of obstructing or resisting executive officers. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DUIs

Altair Roamer Mobus, 33, of Oregon, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:21 p.m. June 1 on Putnam and Frontage Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Daniel Joe Godinez, 25, of Live Oak, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1 p.m. June 1 on Highway 45. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Juan Ricardo Navarro, 22, of the 400 block of Poundstone Street, Grimes, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:19 p.m. May 31 on Grimes-Arbuckle Road, east of Hahn Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
