Steve Lawrence Dixon, 33, of Colusa, was arrested by Colusa police on March 9 at 10:07 p.m. on West Florimond and Third streets on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,542.
