DUI

Erin Nicole Terhune, 28, of Placerville, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. March 27 by the California Highway Patrol on the Interstate 5 off-ramp to Highway 20, Williams, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.

FELONY

Nicholas Sean Carrillo, 18, of Colusa, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. March 35 by Colusa police on the 800 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of force or assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, with great bodily injury likely and participating in a criminal street gang. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Julio Cesar Madrigal, 32, of Colusa, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. March 28 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Maxwell-Colusa Road, east of Interstate 5, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
