DUI
Lucio Zamora Fernandez, 26, of Olivehurst, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. Nov. 19 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Sycamore Slough Road at Highway 45, Colusa, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.
Nicolas Arnulfo Moreno, 23, of Williams, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. Nov. 22 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, just west of Interstate 5, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.
FELONY
Luis Manuel Perez, 39, of Williams, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. Nov. 20 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at 14th and Jay streets, Colusa, on suspicion of three counts of being in possession of a controlled substance and one count of being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
Stephanie Ann Spencer, 30, of Yuba City, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. Nov. 20 by Colusa police on the first block of Market Street, on suspicion of being in possession of a narcotic controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
