DUI

Jose Luis Rodriguez-Damian, 44, of Yuba City, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Dec. 4 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of the Sutter County line, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.

Victor Alfonso Navarro, 20, of Williams, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. Dec. 5 by the California Highway Patrol on Hankins Road at Beauchamp Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.

FELONY

Philip Leroy Ward, 53, of Grimes, was arrested at 5 p.m. Dec. 3 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 300 block of Balsdon Street, Grimes, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Susan Elaine Stegall, 44, of Colusa, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. Dec. 6 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Maxwell-Colusa Road, west of Highway 45, on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.
