DUI

Mario Garcia Rodriguez, 22, of Colusa, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. Dec. 25 by Colusa police on Market and 10th streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.

FELONY

Arthur Vernon Hobbs, 48, of Oroville, was arrested at 2:59 a.m. Dec. 24 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 45 at the Glenn County line, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, receiving known stolen property, grand theft and burglary. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail where he was then arrested on suspicion of burglary, and held without bail.

Robert Keith Dennis, Jr., 50, of Paradise, was arrested at 12 a.m. Dec. 26 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 45 at the Glenn County line, on suspicion of burglary, grand theft, taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, and receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.

Salvador Acevedo Trejo, 56, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. Dec. 25 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the first block of Peerless Avenue, Arbuckle, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Jesus Briseno Hernandez, 30, of Williams, was arrested at 6:20 a.m. Dec. 26 by Williams police on the 700 block of North Street, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Benjamin Ambriz Aparicio, 21, of Maxwell, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. Dec. 26 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Sites-Lodoga Road, on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon with a prior. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
