FELONY

Jermaine Lonell Roberts, 34, of Colusa, was arrested at 4:21 a.m. Jan. 24 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 1300 block of Oak Street, Colusa, on suspicion of kidnapping and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was booked into Colusa County Jail and held without bail.

David Wayne Meyer, 57, of Meridian, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Jan. 26 by the California Highway Patrol on Fifth and Market streets, Colusa, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, grand theft of an animal or automobile, and receiving stolen property. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

William Augustas Turnbull, 61, of Meridian, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Jan. 26 by the California Highway Patrol on Fifth and Market streets, Colusa, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, grand theft of an animal or automobile and receiving stolen property. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
