FELONY
Raymond Michael Zapien, 23, of Colusa, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. March 1 by the Colusa County Taskforce on the 200 block of Market Street, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Ivan Alejandro Escamia, 19, of Meridian, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. March 1 by the Colusa County Taskforce on the 200 block of Market Street, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
