DUI

Suzanne Mathers, 48, of Colusa, was arrested at 9 p.m. April 7 by Colusa police at Colusa Regional Medical Center, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

Carlos Pena Ruiz, 24, of Willits, Wash., was arrested at 9:17 p.m. April 7 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Harrington Road, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.

FELONY

Pedro Dominic Sanapaw, 18, of Olivehurst, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. April 7 by Colusa police at C.D. Semple Park, on suspicion of attempted first-degree burglary. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.
