Police Blotter: June 23, 2012

DUI

Juan Francisco Macias, 40, of Colusa, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. June 20 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Colusa County Jail lobby on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.

Barton Brooks Scofield, 44, of Woodland, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. June 21 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

FELONY

Harley B. Ottinger II, 26, of Colusa, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. June 19 by Yuba City police on Walnut Avenue, Yuba City, on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Daniel Adrian Alcantar, 22, of Yuba City, was arrested at 7:07 a.m. June 20 by Williams police on Husted Road and E Street on suspicion of being in possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jerry Allen Manuel, 22, of Colusa, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. June 20 by the Colusa County Taskforce on the 100 block of Lafayette Street, Colusa, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Timothy Eriste, 27, of Chico, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. June 21 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20 at Mitchell Flats on suspicion of being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale; and the transportion of marijuana over 28.5 grams. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
