DUI
Richard Leroy Church, 42, of McClellan, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. July 7 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at County Road 68, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.
Raymundo Vega Tovar, 38, of Redwood City, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. July 7 by the California Highway Patrol on Vann and E streets, Williams, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
David Dexter Overton, 55, of Maxwell, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. July 9 by Williams police on Seventh and D streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.
FELONY
Omar Giovanni Avila, 21, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. July 6 by Colusa police on the 100 block of Jay Street, on suspicion of willful cruelty to a child, resulting in possible injury or death. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Rodney Leslie Bowen, 31, of Maxwell, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. July 6 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Colusa County Jail, on suspicion of driving while under the influence, causing death or injury. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Arielle Anne Brothers, 20, of Oak Harbor, Wash., was arrested at 10:15 p.m. July 7 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Freshwater Road, Williams, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Francis Floyd Garman, Jr., 52, of Willows, was arrested at 12 a.m. July 7 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 45 at Maxwell Road, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
