DUI
Thomas Gordon Dinwiddie, 46, of Palermo, was arrested at 3:55 a.m. July 15 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 99W, north of Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.
FELONY
Omar Giovanni Avila, 21, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. July 13 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Colusa County Jail, on suspicion of forgery. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Adrian Michael Tobar, 19, of Colusa, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. July 13 by Colusa police on the 100 block of Market Street, on suspicion of second-degree burglary. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Ryan Marshall Zachmeyer, 22, of Fairfield, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. July 14 by California Department of Fish and Game wardens, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
