Police Blotter: July 21, 2012
Asuncion Hernandez, 18, of Willows, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. July 17 by Colusa police at the Colusa National Wildlife Refuge, on suspicion of sexual battery. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Latomba Shae Bishop, 27, of Woodland, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. July 18 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 400 block of Seventh Street, Williams, on suspicion of making or passing a fictitious check; grand theft; and burglary. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Michael James McKee, 37, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. July 18 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 99W and Struckmeyer Road, Arbuckle, on suspicion of grand theft. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
Javier Ortiz, 25, of Williams, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. July 18, in the 100 block of Brenda Way, by Colusa County Narcotics Task Force agents on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug parapheranlia and being under the influence of narcotics. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
Enrico Montalvo, 28, of Sacramento, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. July 18, in the Sacramento County Jail, by Colusa County sherrif's deputies, on a warrant for suspicion of second-degree burglary. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
