FELONY
William David Moore, 37, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 8 p.m. July 24 by the Department of Justice on the 600 block of First Street, Arbuckle, on suspicion of being a convicted felon addicted to the use of any narcotic drug, and who owns, purchases, receives or has in possession or under custody or control any firearm.
Anthony Aaron Gomez, 32, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. July 25 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 100 block of Traditional Way, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a short-barreled shotgun or short-barreled rifle; being convicted felon addicted to the use of any narcotic drug, and who owns, purchases, receives or has in possession or under custody or control any firearm; receiving known stolen property; being a prohibited person owning or in possession of a firearm; and being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $45,000.
Victorine Louise Hernandez, 30, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. July 25 by the Colusa County Taskforce on the 100 block of Traditional Way, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Thomas E.J. Reagan, 25, of Pittsburg, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. July 25 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Maxwell Road, on suspicion of three counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Andrew Steven Payne, 25, of Pittsburg, was arrested at 4:11 p.m. July 25 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Maxwell Road, on suspicion of three counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
