DUI

Fermin Tepezano Ballestero, 77, of Williams, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. Aug. 10 by Williams police on A and Ninth streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Wilfrido Ortiz Hernandez, 34, of Modesto, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. Aug. 11 by Colusa police on Fourth and Oak streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held on an immigration hold.

Alejandro Reyes Montoya, 25, a transient, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. Aug. 12 by Colusa police on the 1000 block of Bridge Street, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.

William John Vierra, 46, of Marysville, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. Aug. 11 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Grimes-Arbuckle Road, just west of Tule Road, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,919.

FELONY

Kimberly Michelle Silva, 44, of Colusa, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. Aug. 10 by Colusa police on the 700 block of Sixth Street, on suspicion of damage to a telephone or power line; inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant; and false imprisonment. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Timothy Alan Rennick, 46, of Maxwell, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. Aug. 11 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Serenity Campground at East Park Reservoir, Stonyford, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Tillman Little Eagle Anderson, 40, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Aug. 12 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 2200 block of Seventh Street, Williams, on suspicion of willful harm or injury to a child. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was 50,000.
