DUI
Kimberly Hazel-Kocotis, 54, of Chico, was arrested at 8:01 p.m. Aug. 13 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Hahn Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
Francisco Silva Fajardo, 30, of Colusa, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. Aug. 14 by the California Highway Patrol in the lobby of the Colusa County Sheriff's Department, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
FELONY
Thanh Ngoc Nguyen, 53, of San Jose, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. Aug. 14 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 6500 block of Struckmeyer Road, Arbuckle, on suspicion of threatening crime with the intent to terrorize. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
Gerardo Parra, 21, of Maxwell, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Aug. 14 by Colusa police on 14th and Oak streets, Colusa, on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Adilene Daigo Rodriguez, 23, of Sacramento, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 14 by the California Highway Patrol in the lobby of the Colusa County Sheriff's Department, on suspicion of child endangerment. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Walter Leroy Osbourn, 43, of Colusa, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. Aug. 15 by the Colusa County Taskforce on the first block of Third Street, Colusa, on suspicion of three counts of being in possession of a controlled substance; and possession of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
Timothy Alan Rennick, 46, of Maxwell, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. Aug. 15 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 100 block of Oak Street, Maxwell, on suspicion of force or assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, with great bodily injury likely. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
Karen Johanna Spencer, 39, of Ukiah, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. by the Colusa County Taskforce on Highway 45 at Wintun Road, on suspicion of the possession of marijuana; possession of marijuana or hashish for sale; and the sale or transport of marijuana or hashish. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.

Rodney Dean Holck, 42, of Woodland, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Aug. 16 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 45 at Roberts Road, on suspicion of being in possession of concentrated cannabis. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
