DUI
Luis Samuel Castaneda, 33, of Alviso, was arrested at 12:29 a.m. Sept. 3 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Maxwell-Colusa Road, west of Holloway Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
Jose de Jesus Arambulagarcia, 18, of Williams, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. Sept. 3 by Williams police at 12th and Sutter streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
FELONY
Michael Anthony Gates, 23, of Bishopville, Md., was arrested at 5:39 p.m. Sept. 1 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20 at the Mitchell Flats area, on suspicion of being in possession of concentrated cannabis; and the possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
