DUI

Lourdes Arellano, 57, of Portersville, was arrested at 12:41 p.m. Sept. 5 by Williams police on Highway 20 at E Street, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,050.

Kimberly Lynn Elvert, 34, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. Sept. 5 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 99W at Laurel Avenue, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

FELONY

Richard Joseph Stadelhofer, 59, of Calistoga, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. Sept. 6 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of Walnut Road, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
