Jordan Christopher Bell, 23, of Colusa, was arrested at 4:22 a.m. Sept. 9 by the California Highway Patrol on Wescott Road at Sandborn Street, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
Jacob Nivin Prasad, 21, of Colusa, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. Sept. 9 by Colusa police on Sioc and 10th streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
