DUI
Jose Alberto Morales-Perez, 23, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. Sept. 14 by Colusa police in the alley south of Fremont Street, at Sixth Street, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Richard Allen Caven, 42, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. Sept. 14 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of Niagra Avenue, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,050.
Marilyn Mae West Oliver, 42, of Sacramento, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Sept. 14 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Myers Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
FELONY
Fernando Gonzalez Rodriguez, 30, of Colusa, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. Sept. 15 by Williams police on the first block of North Virginia Street, on suspicion of the willful harm or injury to a child; and driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
