FELONY
Carlos Eduardo Cruz, 36, of Colusa, was arrested at 3:58 p.m. Sept. 28 by Colusa police on the first block of Sioc Street, on suspicion of possession of a bad check or money order, and false impersonation to make another liable. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Gerald Edwards Short, 50, of Williams, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Oct. 1 by Williams police on E and Eighth streets, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
