DUI

Manuel Rivera Jauregui, 30, no address listed, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. Oct. 5 by Colusa police on Parkhill and 10th streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

Samual Thomas Haley, 21, of Lakeport, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Oct. 6 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, just west of Walnut Avenue, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at 1,673.

Daniel Stephen Lay, 21, of Redding, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. Oct. 6 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Colusa County Jail, Colusa, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Javier Sanchez Garcia, 47, of Yuba City, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Oct. 6 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, east of Sunrise Boulevard, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Derrick Robert Nannen, 24, of Colusa, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. Oct. 7 by Colusa police on the 1400 block of Will S. Green Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

FELONY

Gentry Ward Condrey, 34, no address listed, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. Oct. 7 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 500 block of Fifth Street, Arbuckle, on suspicion of obstruction or resisting a police officer. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Cody Lee Bass, 31, of Berkeley, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Oct. 7 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of Mitchell Flats, on suspicion of two counts of possession of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Pedro Herrijon Martinez, 44, of Yuba City, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. Oct. 8 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Rio Consumnes Correctional Center, Elk Grove, on suspicion of second-degree burglary. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.

Jeannie Mae Wright, 42, of Williams, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. Oct. 8 by Williams police on Pinewood Court and E Street, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
