DUI
Philip Green Vaughan, 51, of Antioch, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. Oct. 13 by Colusa police on Market and Third streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
Benny Dean Duncan, 50, of Olivehurst, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. Oct. 14 by Colusa police on Fremont and Third streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.
Mario Jose Rios-Davis, 34, of Rocklin, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. Oct. 15 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of E Street, Williams, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
FELONY
Jorge Jose Garcia, 23, of Colusa, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Oct. 13 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on East Parkhill and Bridge streets, Colusa, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant; threatening to commit a crime with the intent to terrorize; and driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $45,000.
Caitlin Anne Kuncl, 20, of Santa Cruz, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. Oct. 14 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at the Maxwell Rest Area, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish; and the sale or transport of marijuana or hashish. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Ramon Rodriguez Tavera, 35, of Williams, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. Oct. 14 by Williams police on the 700 block of E Street, on suspicion of willful harm or injury to a child; and driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.
Miguel Angel Velazquez, 28, of Maxwell, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 15 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Maxwell and Four Mile roads, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
