Modesto Johnie Rodriguez, 18, of Grimes, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. Nov. 3 by the California Highway Patrol on Grimes-Arbuckle Road, south of Hahn Road, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Joseph Francisco Lynch, 20, of Orangevale, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. Nov. 2 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of Walnut Drive, on suspicion of being in possession of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Jamelah Renee Spencer, 21, of Sacramento, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 2 by the California Highway Patrol at Colusa Regional Medical Center, on suspicion of transporting marijuana. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $17,500.
