Luis A. Guzman Medina, 22, of Williams, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. Nov. 10 by Williams police on Vann Street at Husted Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
FELONY
Pedro Barajas Ramirez, 48, of Williams, was arrested at 5:36 a.m. Nov. 9 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of Hahn Road, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Johnny Louis Johnson, 61, of Hamilton City, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. Nov. 10 by Colusa County sheriff's deputy on Maxwell-Colusa Road at 4-Mile Road, Maxwell, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Michael Charles Hankins, 35, of Colusa, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Nov. 10 by Colusa police on Butte Slough Road at River Road, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
Devante Marquin Anderson, 19, of Redding, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Nov. 10 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Arbuckle, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish; and transportation of marijuana. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Jonathan Michael Coyne, 33, of Placerville, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. Nov. 12 by Colusa police on Highway 45 at Lurline Avenue, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
