DUI
Mario Espindola Cuevas, 52, of Colusa, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Nov. 15 by Colusa police at 10th and Fremont streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
FELONY
Linda Thuy Meyers, 43, of Yuba City, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 15 by the California Highway Patrol at Sycamore cutoff and Highway 20, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
