DUI
Jose Guadalupe Rodrigues Plascencia, 22, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Nov. 16 by the California Highway Patrol on Seventh Street, south of King Street, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
Stephanie Correa, 22, of Colusa, was arrested at 2:16 a.m. Nov. 17 by Colusa police on the 900 block of Bridge Street, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $500.
FELONY
Jimmy Lee Groves, 28, of Woodland, was arrested at 7:21 a.m. Nov. 17 by Colusa County sheriff's deputis on the 3700 block of Highway 45, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Jesse Dell Hooks, 29, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 3 p.m. Nov. 17 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20 at Mitchell Flats, Colusa County, on suspicion of two counts of the possession or sale of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $17,500.
Dulce Maria Velasquez-Contreras, 19, of Williams, was arrested at 6:10 a.m. Nov. 18 by the California Highway Patrol on Pumphouse Road, east of Camp Road, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence, causing bodily injury. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $40,000.
April Jennifer Greigo, 37, of Knights Landing, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. Nov. 20 by Colusa police on Highway 45 at Roberts Road, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Steve Segundo Urias, 33, of Knights Landing, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. Nov. 20 by Colusa police on Highway 45 at Roberts Road, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
Jonathon Robert Mullican, 20, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Nov. 19 by Colusa police on the 400 block of Main Street, Colusa, on suspicion of attempting to aid, counsel, or procure arson. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.
