Matthew Gene Smith, 30, of Marysville, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. Dec. 7 by Colusa police on Bridge and Fremont streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.
