DUI

Kristy Nicole Molina, 22, of Yuba City, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. Dec. 9 by Colusa police on Eighth and Carson streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

FELONY

Fortunato Herrera, 37, of Princeton, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. Dec. 9 by Colusa County sheriff's deputeis on the 300 block of Commercial Street, Princeton, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Francisco Valdez, 28, of Williams, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. Dec. 9 by the California Highway Patrol on Sioc and Tenth streets, Colusa, on suspicion of driving under the influence with a prior DUI conviction. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Nicholas James Phillips, 26, of Long Beach, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Dec. 10 by Williams police at Highway 20 and E Street, on suspicion of being in possession of concentrated cannabis. He was booked into the Colusa county Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Dawn Marie Warrington, 43, of Long Beach, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Dec. 11 by Williams police at Highway 20 and E Street, on suspicion of being in possession of a concentrated cannabis. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
