FELONY

Sally Joan Galles, 50, of Sacramento, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Dec. 21 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Maxwell-Colusa Road at Lyons Road, Maxwell, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Miguel A.C. Saravia, 37, of North Highlands, was arrested at 5:20 a.m. Dec. 22 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of Schadd Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence, causing bodily injury. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $40,000.

DUI

Gregorio Marin, 41, of Ventura, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. Dec. 21 by the CHP on Interstate 5 at the Maxwell Rest Area, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Sylvia Smith Spyres, 54, of Williams, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Dec. 23 by Colusa police on D and Seventh streets, Williams, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,050.

Vicente Mercado, 25, of Williams, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. Dec. 24 by Williams police on Interstate 5 at Highway 20, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $995.

Frank Fred Leach, 37, of Maxwell, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Dec. 26 by Willows police on Shasta and Walnut streets, Willows, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

Daniel Carmona Flores, 26, of Winters, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. Dec. 27 by Williams police on Virginia Way, south of Teri Drive, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
