DUI

Gregory Allan Branscum, 47, of Castella, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on E and Vann streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

Luis Ernesto Mendiola, 42, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 9 by the Williams Narcotics Taskforce, on Cupello Drive at Padre Pio Drive, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

FELONY

Stephanie Benavidez, 35, of Lyons, Ore., was arrested at 7:09 p.m. Jan. 8 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies inside the lobby at the Colusa County Jail, on suspicion of the transport of marijuana over 28.5 grams; possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams; possession of concentrated cannabis; and the possession of marijuana or hashish for sale. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. No bail was set.

Omar Gonzalez Colusa, 22, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 8 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the first block of Mission Avenue, Arbuckle, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Timothy Joseph Delaney, 48, of Maxwell, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. Jan. 9 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 4000 block of Maxwell-Sites Road, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Herald Alverez Rodriguez, 26, of Williams, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Jan. 9 by Williams police on I and Seventh streets, on suspicion participating in a criminal street gang; carrying a loaded firearm while participating in a criminal street gang; concealment of a firearm while participating in a criminal street gang; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; altering a serial number; and carrying a loaded firearm in public without being the registered owner. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Jermaine Lonell Roberts, 35, of Colusa, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. Jan. 10 by Colusa police on the 1300 block of Oak Street, on suspicion of kidnapping; robbery; force or assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, with great bodily injury likely; two counts of threatening to commit a crime with the intent to terrorize; burglary; the sale of an access card with the intent to commit fraud; inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant; battery with serious bodily injury; false imprisonment; and oral copulation by force. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $315,000.

Helen Sartain Oyanguren, 32, of Colusa, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. Jan. 10 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 100 block of Clay Street, Colusa, on suspicion of willful cruelty to a child, resulting in possible injury or death. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Scott Stephen Barett, 54, of Stonyford, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. Jan. 11 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Ladoga-Stonyford at West Ruby King Road, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
