FELONY
Heather Bernice Desersa, 35, of Stockton, was arrested at 9 p.m. Jan. 17 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 45 and Brown Road, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
